About The Program

From the Deep Wild to the Open Vista: Unbury the “YOU” Within.

This program is designed specifically for professionals and leaders who feel the weight of their roles and the noise of the city. For the mid-career traveler, this isn't just a hike—it’s a structural reset.

By shifting the sequence to tackle the rugged, less-trodden Khnang Kroper first, we use physical exertion as a tool to bypass the "analytical mind," making space for the "buried self" to surface by the time we reach the open vistas of Khnang Phsar.

Daily Flow:

  • Morning: check-in, hikes, self-discovery practices, sharing rounds.

  • Afternoon: hikes, nature and human connection activities, games.

  • Evening: group work, sharing stories, and check-out.

Facilitator:

  • Souheang Ly: is an outdoor facilitator who creatively fuses her background in education, yoga, and passion for nature. She provides a supportive setting for individuals to explore potential, practice mindfulness, and connect with nature, using experiential learning. A core tenet of her philosophy is a strong belief in the wisdom of indigenous sustainable living practices.
