THE CIRCLE OF FACILITATORS

Designed specifically for experienced and certified facilitators, this immersive experience will take your skills to new heights and reinvigorate your approach to working with young people. Over the training course, you will dive deep into cutting-edge techniques, innovative methodologies, and best practices for engaging and empowering youth in outdoor settings.

• The “circle” as a place of exchange and council
• Rooting yourself in nature
• The perception of your own “self” in nature as the source of facilitation
• Delving into advanced facilitation strategies
• Honing your abilities to adapt to diverse group dynamics
• Enhance your communication techniques
• Learn new tools and games within the sphere of “Nature as a Learning Field”

Eligibility:

• Between 21 and 36 of age,
• Being a certified Outdoor Youth Facilitator,
• Having experiences in diverse outdoor settings,
• Want to engage further and learn new approaches and methodologies,
• Be able to communicate in English,
• ASEAN citizens.

Camp Fee:

• 25 USD

YEP-Academy provides the following needs:

• Camping/outdoor equipment and training materials,
• Facilitation costs,
• Overnight fees,
• Transportation (round trip from the departure point in Phnom Penh to Chum Kiri).
