Listening to Fire

Listening to Fire is a three-day immersive camp that invites participants to explore our evolving relationship with fire — from sacred element to environmental crisis. Through indigenous wisdom, lived experience, and creative storytelling, we ask: What can fire still teach us today?

• Explore indigenous and ecological perspectives on fire as a vital element

• Understand the roots of today’s fire-related crises, including PM2.5 and shifting land practices

• Experience immersive learning through storytelling, observation, and creative expression

• Imagine new ways of living with fire: through adaptation, dialogue, and collective action
