INTENSIVE LEADERSHIP CAMP IN THE OUTDOOR SETTING

Are you a young professional ready to take your leadership skills to new heights? Look no further! Our transformative 3-day leadership training is specifically designed to empower and equip you with the essential tools to excel in today's fast-paced world. You will learn fundamental concepts of leadership through empowerment with nature. You will step out of your comfort zone and embrace the great outdoors as your training ground. This training in the English language will deepen your understanding of why and how leadership and management skills are so critical to organizational success. During this immersive experience, you'll embark on a journey of self-reflection, collaboration, and personal development. Our team of expert facilitators will guide you through a series of interactive workshops, experiential exercises, and thought-provoking discussions, all tailored to address the unique challenges and aspirations of young leaders.

Eligibility:

• Youth from 18 to 35
• Have an interest in leadership and management topics
• High commitment and humility to experience and learn new things
• Can commit to fully participating in the program
• English speaking

Training Fee:
